A custom operations hub that runs the company from one secure panel — not a patchwork of spreadsheets, inboxes, and disconnected SaaS tools.
The challenge
UASYS GmbH ran day-to-day operations across scattered tools: client data in one place, files in another, supplier and client conversations in email and messengers. Nothing shared context, access was hard to control, and management had no single picture of the business.
What we built
We built a custom platform on their own infrastructure: secure data storage and exchange, CRM and document management in one panel, internal messaging, and external communication channels with suppliers and clients — with role-based permissions, audit trails, and a security architecture leadership controls end to end.
