Custom Inventory System for Riyad Mabrouk Hotel
A purpose-built inventory platform that replaced spreadsheet chaos across hotel departments.
The challenge
The hotel tracked stock across kitchens, housekeeping, and suppliers in spreadsheets and messages. Managers couldn't see real levels, reorder points were guessed, and month-end reporting ate hours.
What we built
We designed and deployed a custom inventory system: department views, supplier catalogues, intake and write-off flows, low-stock alerts, and exportable reports — all matched to how the hotel actually operates.
