Two purpose-built platforms that replaced spreadsheet chaos across logistics and finance — built for how Favoryt runs around ten trucks a day across Ukraine.
The challenge
Favoryt LTD delivers food products nationwide with about ten trucks on the road every day. Logistics relied on calls and scattered files; finance juggled documents across government portals with no single source of truth.
What we built
We built two custom systems: a logistics platform for driver and vehicle tracking, daily reporting, reconciliation, and secure file exchange; and an accounting hub for the finance team — document creation, storage, editing, and API integrations with government platforms, all in one panel.
